Through pre-apprenticeship and workforce readiness training, Future Ready connects local communities, schools, and training centers with contractors and affordable and attainable housing projects, providing hands-on experiences and essential support to prepare the next generation of skilled workers and create pathways to meaningful employment throughout Oregon.
